Pelekas
The Caesar’s Observatory, just above the village, offers a breathtaking view of the northern and eastern sides of the island, providing enchanting scenes with the sunsets of the western coast. The hill’s summit highlights the evergreen vegetation, the rocky southwest coast, and the crystalline waters of the Ionian Sea.
In the area, there are numerous taverns, cafes, shops, and tourist agencies. Regular routes to the beach depart from the central square of the village. Near, at Ermones, there is a high-quality golf course. Pelekas features some of the most beautiful beaches with golden sand and crystal-clear shallow waters in Western Corfu. The Pelekas Beach (Kontogialos), just 200 meters from our villas, is a miniature version of Glyfada Beach with fine sand. It offers various water sports, and there are umbrellas and sunbeds available for rent. The beachside taverns provide excellent gastronomic delights.
